About: Frequently Asked Questions
How long has Immerse been in business?
The Immerse Kitchen & Bath Showroom opened in 2011.
Why was the Immerse concept originally created and the showroom eventually opened?
Immerse was created because before opening, we felt as though the St. Louis region lacked a dedicated space where interior designers, builders, and architects could bring their clients to experience high-end kitchen and bath fixtures firsthand, rather than working from catalogs or static displays.
Our parent company, Atlas Supply Company, had spent decades as a trusted plumbing distributor for the industry and saw that design professionals needed more than a supply counter — they needed an inspiring, showroom-quality environment where clients could touch, test, and visualize exclusive fixtures for their own projects.
In 2011, Atlas opened Immerse as an offsite showroom in Brentwood specifically to fill that gap: a curated, appointment-based space stocked with brands not widely available elsewhere in the market, designed to give design/build professionals a place to confidently bring their clients and move a project from concept to selection in one visit.
Where is the Immerse showroom located?
The Immerse showroom is located at 836 Hanley Industrial Court, St. Louis, MO 63144. It can be reached at 314-375-1500.
Do I need an appointment to visit Immerse?
Yes. Visits to the Immerse showroom are by appointment only. This allows our team of design professionals to give every visitor personalized, unhurried attention rather than handling walk-in traffic. Appointments can be booked directly on our Book A Showroom Tour page.
Why does Immerse require appointments instead of allowing walk-ins?
Immerse intentionally keeps a small, highly trained staff so each client gets full attention rather than being one of many walk-in visitors. The showroom is also designed with minimal branding and pricing on display to keep the space calming and focused on the products themselves, so an associate is needed to help the clients experience options, pricing, and how each display works (with running water included!). Appointments let our team tailor the visit to a client’s specific project, budget, and timeline.
What kitchen products does Immerse offer?
Immerse’s kitchen collection includes sinks, faucets, water filtration systems, hot water dispensers, cabinet hardware, and tile, surfaces, and wall coverings.
What bathroom products does Immerse offer?
Immerse’s bathroom collection includes sinks, faucets, bathroom furniture, toilets and washlets, bathtubs and showers, tub and shower doors, mirrors, lighting, medicine cabinets, cabinet hardware, towel warmers, drain covers, bath accessories, and tile, surfaces, and wall coverings.
What brands does Immerse carry?
Immerse features a curated group of premium and exclusive kitchen and bath brands, including Brizo, Devon & Devon, DXV, Franz Viegener, Kartners, Nest Studio, Palmer Industries, Samuel Heath, The Furniture Guild, THG, and Victoria + Albert.
Is Immerse affiliated with Atlas Supply Company?
Yes. Immerse is the residential experiential design showroom of Atlas Supply Company, a St. Louis plumbing supplier that has operated since 1937. Atlas opened Immerse in 2011 as an offsite showroom to give residential customers a dedicated space to explore kitchen and bath fixtures, while Atlas’s Midtown and Brentwood locations continue to serve commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional plumbing supply needs.
Does Immerse work with interior designers and contractors, or only homeowners?
Both. Immerse serves individual homeowners as well as design-centric professionals, including interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors working on kitchen and bathroom remodels or new construction throughout the St. Louis area.
What makes the Immerse showroom experience different from a typical fixture store?
The Immerse showroom is experiential, featuring working, interactive displays rather than static product boards, with minimal pricing and branding clutter so visitors can focus on how fixtures actually look and function. Appointments are guided by trained associates who help clients navigate options based on their project’s style, budget, practical needs, and more.
How do I book a showroom tour at Immerse?
