About: Frequently Asked Questions

The Immerse Kitchen & Bath Showroom opened in 2011.

Immerse was created because, in the late 2000s, our customers told us they wanted to see more of our products in an offsite location. Our kitchen and bath dealers did a fabulous job displaying some of our products, but they could not show the breadth of what we had to offer.

Home renovation shows were gaining popularity, and the public had become very focused on kitchens and baths. We needed a way to showcase our brands and expand our offerings. Our vendors had also told us that St. Louis lacked a fabulous showroom.

We set out to create a space where designers, builders, contractors, and other members of the trade could bring their clients to see, feel, touch, and test fixtures and faucets while getting inspired. In 2011, Atlas opened Immerse in Brentwood, a curated, appointment-based space stocked with brands not widely available elsewhere in the market and designed to give professionals a place to confidently bring their clients.

The Immerse showroom is located at 836 Hanley Industrial Court, St. Louis, MO 63144. It can be reached at 314-375-1500.

Yes. Visits to the Immerse showroom are by appointment only. This allows our team of design professionals to give every visitor personalized, unhurried attention rather than handling walk-in traffic. Appointments can be booked directly on our Book A Showroom Tour page.

Immerse intentionally keeps a small, highly trained and experienced staff. Clients can browse the showroom alone or have an associate’s full attention whenever it is wanted. Our space uses minimal branding and pricing to keep the experience calming and clean.

We offer products at multiple price points and in many styles. We aim to keep the customer experience fun and low stress, and appointments let our team tailor each visit to the client’s specific project, budget, and timeline.

Immerse’s kitchen collection includes sinks, faucets, water filtration systems, hot water dispensers, cabinet hardware, accessories, and more.

Immerse’s bathroom collection includes sinks, faucets, bathroom furniture, toilets and washlets, bathtubs and showers, tub and shower doors, mirrors, lighting, medicine cabinets, cabinet hardware, towel warmers, drain covers, bath accessories, and more.

Immerse features a curated group of premium and exclusive kitchen and bath brands, including Waterworks, Brizo, Franz Viegener, Kartners, Nest Studio, Palmer Industries, Samuel Heath, The Furniture Guild, THG, and Victoria + Albert.

Yes. Immerse is the residential showroom of Atlas Supply Company, a St. Louis plumbing supplier that has operated since 1937. Atlas opened Immerse in 2011 as an offsite showroom to give residential customers a dedicated space to explore kitchen and bath fixtures, while Atlas’s Midtown and Brentwood locations continue to serve commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional plumbing supply needs.

Immerse is a trade showroom for design-centric professionals, including interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors working on kitchen and bathroom remodels or new construction throughout the St. Louis area.

We are open to the public and are happy to help homeowners connect with a professional, but we cannot sell them a project directly. We love when homeowners tell us we have more exciting or different brands than some of our competitors. We work hard to find new companies to represent and love when people appreciate and buy their designs.

The Immerse showroom is experiential, featuring working, interactive displays rather than static product boards. Minimal pricing and branding clutter lets visitors focus on how fixtures actually look and function. Appointments are guided by trained associates who help clients navigate options based on their project’s style, budget, practical needs, and more.

You can schedule a private showroom tour through our Book A Showroom Tour page or by calling the showroom directly at 314-375-1500.
